Aparentemente a Sony já iniciou o seu combate às Playstation 3 desbloqueadas. Segundo noticias recentes, Playstation 3 hackeadas pela Europa e Estados Unidos fora começaram já a sentir os primeiros raides gigante nipónica.
Ontem a Sony anunciou que iria lançar sanções permanentes contra os utilizadores da Playstation 3 Jailbreak que tivessem alterado o software a correr nas suas consolas. Essas sanções corresponderiam a exclusão permanente desses utilizadores da PlayStation Network, bem como da Sony’s Qriocity media network.
Quem seja banido, apenas visualizará o seguinte ecrã ao tentar fazer login na Playstation Network:
Actualmente, utilizadores do site PS3Hax já reportaram que o “Sony’s banhammer” já começou a ser largado sobre as consolas norte-americanas e europeias. Primeiramente, quem use Firmware alterado ou utilize software pirateado receberá um email com o seguinte aviso:
“A circumvention device and/or unauthorized or pirated software currently resides on your PlayStation(R)3 system. Immediately cease use and remove all circumvention devices and delete all unauthorized or pirated software from your PlayStation(R)3 system. Failure to do so will result in termination of your access to the PlayStation(R)Network and access to Qriocity(TM) services through your PlayStation(R)3 system.”
Se esses mesmos utilizadores não reinstalarem a versão oficial do Firmware, v3.56 PS3 então receberão um derradeiro mail:
“Notice: Access to the PlayStation(R)Network and access to Qriocity(TM) services through your PlayStation (R)3 system has been terminated permanently due to the use of unauthorized circumvention devices and unauthorized or pirated software on your PlayStation(R)3 system. This use violates the terms of both the “System Software License Agreement for the PlayStation(R)3 System” and the “Terms of Services and User Agreement” for the PlayStation(R)Network/Qriocity(TM) and its Community Code of Conduct provision.”
